📋 Custom Product Exceptions
- Because every BuddyHome product is personalized, we cannot accept returns for choosing the wrong size/product, changing your mind, incorrect shipping information, low-quality uploaded photos, or minor color differences between screens and the finished product.
📸 Requesting a Return or Refund
- Contact us with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and shipping label when applicable.
- Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
