Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pets to be happy with every BuddyHome order. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help make it right.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns must be approved first so we can provide the correct instructions.
30 days after delivery

Easy Support

Send your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review it within 1–2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Return Window

You may request a return, refund, or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Eligible Items

We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect or not what you ordered
  • Missing parts or components

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Items Not Eligible For Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used pet grooming items
  • Items with pet hair, stains, odor, or signs of use
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Products returned without approval
  • Final sale or clearance items, if marked as final sale
Return Shipping

Please do not send your item back to the address shown on the original package. Some orders are fulfilled through trusted domestic and international fulfillment partners, and the return address may be different.

If the return is due to our mistake, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will help make it right. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return or refund request is approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or update it.
